Born and raised in Gainesville, Megan has a deep-rooted understanding of the area and a true passion for helping clients find their perfect home. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality from the University of Utah, Megan returned to Gainesville, bringing her exceptional customer service and hospitality expertise into the world of real estate.

Roger Leslie, Realtor
Roger’s real estate career spans nearly fifty years, marked by a broad range of experience and a strong commitment to service. After graduating from Ohio State University, he began his professional journey with a real estate investment trust in Ohio. In 1978, Roger and his wife, Sally, relocated to Gainesville, Florida, where they raised their three daughters and planted roots in the community.
In Florida, Roger expanded his real estate career by exploring new opportunities in commercial real estate and construction. He became a Wendy’s franchisee, building and developing 19 restaurants throughout North Central Florida. As wireless communications took off, he pivoted to meet industry demand, developing more than two dozen retail facilities for telecommunications companies. He also partnered with a custom home builder to construct nearly 100 residential homes in the Gainesville area.
Today, Roger’s primary focus is residential and commercial real estate. He is known for his hands-on approach, maintaining consistent communication, and providing personal attention to each client. Having sold homes throughout Central Florida, Roger brings decades of insight and strives to exceed expectations in every transaction.
